Make the perfect matcha pudding every time with this delicious pudding mix! It's made with real Uji matcha green tea from Morihan, a tea shop in Kyoto that is over 180 years old! Silky smooth with a rich flavor that will melt in your mouth, we recommend topping your pudding with whipped cream and anko.

Makes four servings
1. Put 8 tablespoons (80g) of matcha pudding mix in a bowl.
2. Add 250 ml of boiling water, mix well, and stir well for about 1 minute until it is completely dissolved.
3. Pour the mixture into a container (or four individual cups) and then cool it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to firm up.
